Zack Mitchell

The 25-year-old had another strong campaign for AHL Iowa in 2017-18, scoring 16 goals and 33 points in 42 games, but he failed to make an impact in 23 games with the Wild and the club made little effort to re-sign him. Mitchell instead inked a two-way deal with the Kings, and he'll once again provide some organizational depth on the wing for his new club. He's got decent size at 6-foot-1 and a solid hockey IQ, but unless Mitchell is able to show significant improvement in his skating, his ceiling is likely as an AHL talent.
