2025 Fantasy Outlook
The Oilers are counting on Savoie this coming season to grab a roster spot, maybe even on the wing of either Connor McDavid or Leon Draisaitl. He shone for AHL Bakersfield last season, scoring 19 goals and 35 assists in 66 games. The allure of an offensively gifted talent that could play with McDavid or Draisaitl is very appealing, but it's important to note that Savoie has just five NHL games to his name so far. Additionally, it's likely that he won't be playing on Edmonton's top power-play unit, so his production might be heavily reliant on even-strength. Regardless, it's impossible to ignore the high ceiling that the 21-year-old has in fantasy contexts, and he's certainly worth a late-round draft pick as a high-risk, high-reward breakout candidate. Continues to impress
Savoie scored a power-play goal in Thursday's 3-1 win over the Blackhawks.
ANALYSIS
Savoie has found the back of the net in four of his last five games, tallying 18 shots and two hits over that span. The 22-year-old forward has benefited from skating on the first line next to Connor McDavid, which means Savoie should continue to experience an uptick in his fantasy value as long as he remains in this role. Savoie has 15 goals and 32 points in what has been a solid rookie campaign for him across 76 contests.

Latest Fantasy Rumors
Edmonton debut incoming?
Savoie is expected to be recalled from AHL Bakersfield during the Oilers' upcoming road trip, Daniel Nugent-Bowman of The Athletic reports.
ANALYSIS
Savoie has yet to make his Oilers debut after being acquired from the Sabres in a trade in July. The 21-year-old forward could make a big impact once he settles in at the NHL level, but it could be tough for him initially in a bottom-six role. The Oilers likely want to see how Savoie has developed during his first year in the team's system -- he has 37 points over 45 appearances with the Condors so far.
