Key Matchups

Lonnie Chisenhall, 3B, CLE - Another club calling up their top organizational prospect makes for an easy "recommended pickup" call. Chisenhall adjusted adequately from Double-A Akron to Triple-A Columbus prior to his MLB call-up, with his OPS dropping only slightly from .801 in 460 Double-A at-bats to .779 in 253 Triple-A ones. The Indians would not have started Chisenhall's service clock unless they planned on playing him everyday, and he's probably better than Jack Hanahan at this point anyway. At 22, he probably has more double's umph than home run power, but he should be able to hit a half-dozen or more shots from here on out to go with a good eye at the plate.
