GOALIE
Nashville Predators, NAS at BUF ($17,400): Don't worry about the Predators being on the road. They have a 22-7-6 record in away games, while the Sabres are only 11-20-5 at home. Plus, Buffalo has averaged a mere 2.41 goals per game. Nashville, on the other hand, has a league-high .925 team save percentage.
CENTER
Vincent Trocheck, FLA at MON ($15,300): Trocheck has a six-game point streak wherein he's tallied nine points and 21 shots on net. He's also averaged 3:32 per game on the power play and notched 24 points with the extra man. The Canadiens have a 3.11 team GAA, and their penalty kill has dropped to 30th, so this matchup looks great for Trocheck.
Derek Stepan, ARI vs. CGY ($10,300): Stepan has six points in his last eight games, five of which are assists. Goals have actually been hard to come by this year for him, but a career-low 6.4 shooting percentage is largely responsible. There's still time for regression toward the mean for the veteran pivot. The Flames are the only team playing on the second day of a back-to-back Monday, which could mean David Rittich (2.78 GAA, .909 save percentage) is in net.
WING
Brendan Gallagher, MON vs. FLA ($11,800): Gallagher has put a whopping 241 shots on net in 72 games, tallying 26 goals in the process. Though Florida's 3.09 GAA is a little misleading, it has been better since the All-Star break, but the fact it's given up 34.7 shots on net per contest is still relevant. Gallagher should be able to put a few pucks on net.
Clayton Keller, ARI vs. CGY ($10,900): Keller has started 60.4 percent of his shifts in the offensive zone, highest on the Coyotes. He's been enjoying a nice run of play recently as well, tallying eight points in his last nine contests. The rookie now has 20 goals and 32 assists in 71 games. As previous noted, the Flames are on the second of a back-to-back and also have a 3.39 team GAA since the All-Star break.
Kevin Fiala, NAS at BUF ($10,700): Over his last 11 games, Fiala has notched five goals on 33 shots and a pair of assists. The Swiss winger has also started 62.8 percent of his shifts in the offensive zone, second highest on Nashville. Meanwhile, the Sabres have a 3.24 team GAA, which is third-highest in the NHL.
DEFENSEMEN
Keith Yandle, FLA at MON ($11,900): Yandle has averaged 3:19 per game with the extra man and notched 17 power-play points in 69 contests. As previously noted, the Canadiens have the 30th-ranked penalty kill. Additionally, without Carey Price, the Habs are stuck starting either Charlie Lindgren (3.03 GAA) or Antti Niemi (3.25 GAA). Plus, Yandle has 14 assists in his last 15 games, including seven on the power play.
Oliver Ekman-Larsson, ARI vs. CGY ($9,100): Ekman-Larsson's shooting exploits have risen recently, as he's registered 16 shots on net in his last four games. On top of that, he has three goals and three assists in his last nine contests. Calgary has a 3.39 GAA since the All-Star break and will be playing its second game in as many nights, so if Ekman-Larsson keeps shooting, it could easily pay off.
