Alhassan will face Omari Akhmedov in a welterweight matchup at UFC Fight Night 109 on May 28 in Stockholm, Dave Doyle of MMAFighting.com reports.
ANALYSIS
Alhassan has been on a tear since getting into the fight game, starting his career 7-0 with a 100 percent KO/TKO rate. He'll take on a UFC veteran in Akhmedov, who is 4-3 under the UFC banner, but lost two of his last three bouts. If Alhassan can keep his stoppage streak going, he won't be scheduled on the prelims for much longer.

Alhassan defeated Charlie Ward via TKO (punches) at 0:53 of round 1 at UFC Fight Night on Saturday in Belfast, Northern Ireland.
ANALYSIS
Alhassan opened up the show throwing heavy leather. Ward was more than willing to exchange with him. It became clearly extremely quickly that Alhassan had the better technique and the power advantage. He landed several huge blows, but Ward refused to go down. Alhassan eventually landed an overhand that spun Ward to the ground. The referee was forced to stop the fight. Alhassan comes from a judo background, but he got it done with his striking here.
