Set for debut in January

December 29, 2020
Fitikefu will make his UFC debut Jan. 20 in Abu Dhabi against Dalcha Lungiambula, MMAJunkie.com reports.
ANALYSIS
Fitikefu joins the UFC having amassed a 6-0 record with other promotions, with three of his victories coming in the first round. His opponent, Lungiambula, doesn't have all that much UFC experience either, winning his promotional debut in June of 2019 before getting knocked out in November of that same year.
Weighs in as alternate
MiddleweightOther
October 23, 2020
Fitikefu weighed in at 203.5 pounds as an alternate for UFC 254 on Saturday in Abu Dhabi, MMAJunkie.com reports.
ANALYSIS
There are currently two light heavyweight fights scheduled for the card, but according to Nick Baldwin of The Score, the scheduled matchup between Magomed Anklaev and Ion Cutelaba has at least an outside chance to see more adversity this weekend. Baldwin cites MMAFighting.com's weigh-in show to specify that one of Cutelaba's cornermen may have been exposed to COVID-19, which would of course put that bout in jeopardy. In steps Fitikefu to potentially serve as an alternate and make his UFC debut. The Australia native is 6-0 as a professional, with three wins via KO/TKO and one via submission. He most recently took a decision against Kitt Campbell under the banner of Eternal MMA back in October of 2019.
