Remains undefeated as pro
Wint defeated Lucas Armand via TKO (punches) at 0:23 of Round 1 at UFC 332 on Saturday in Salt Lake City.
ANALYSIS
With all due respect to the likes of Armand and Terrance Chatman last month before him, Wint is going to run through these fringe-roster fighters all day long and twice on Sunday. He has ridiculous power and played in the NFL, so you know he's an elite-level athlete. This was just Wint's ninth professional fight, three of which have come since August 11, the day he appeared on Dana White's Contender Series. There's a whole group of guys the UFC could match him up against, even if the company wants to continue to take things slowly. Wint spent his post-fight interview calling out Sean Sharaf, who, of course, shockingly knocked out Gable Steveson last month. It was a wise, educated request and one that stands at least some chance of being granted.

Second UFC fight booked
Wint will take on the debuting Lucas Armand in a heavyweight matchup at UFC 332 on Oct. 3 in Salt Lake City, Nolan King of MMAJunkie.com reports.
ANALYSIS
Wint earned his contract with a first-round stoppage on Dana White's Contender Series back on August 11, and on just an 11-day turnaround, picked up his first UFC victory against Terrance Chatman via first-round submission. He'll now gear up for his second fight in a 43-day span, taking on the debuting Armand, who is champion in the Michigan-based regional "War of the Wex" promotion. Wint sits as roughly a (-190) betting favorite as of the start of fight week.

Second win in 11 days
Wint defeated Terrance Chatman via technical submission (arm-triangle choke) at 4:29 of Round 1 at UFC Fight Night on Saturday in Sacramento.
ANALYSIS
Wint has now racked up a first-round knockout win on Dana White's Contender Series and a first-round submission win in his official UFC debut in the span of 11 days. As difficult as it is to believe, Wint faced more resistance here again Chatman as opposed to his 34-second DWCS KO over Matt Adams last week. Known for his all-world power, Wint showed off his grappling game to secure the W in this one. The 31-year-old Floridian played in the NFL, so his athleticism is obviously off the charts. Eight fights deep into his pro career, we'll see if the rest of his game develops over the coming years.

UFC debut scheduled
Wint is set to make his UFC debut against Terrance Chatman at UFC Sacramento on August 22, Marcel Dorff of Heavy on Sports reports.
ANALYSIS
Wint just recently earned a UFC contract during Dana White's Contender Series Tuesday and is already booked for his UFC debut. In his Contender Series fight, the former NFL linebacker knocked out Matt Adams in under a minute in the first round, and impressively enough, his last three wins have come by first round TKOs in under a minute. He takes on fellow newcomer Chatman, who holds a 5-1 professional mixed martial arts record with four TKO wins.

Makes quick work of opponent, grabs contract
Wint defeated Matt Adams via TKO (punches from back control) at 0:34 seconds of Round 1 at Dana White's Tuesday Night Contender Series. After the show, he was one of four fighters to be awarded an official UFC contract.
ANALYSIS
Adams was simply overwhelmed here, as he got reversed on a takedown attempt and muscled to the ground. From there, Wint grabbed around his waist and began hammering his opponent as he tried to return to his feet, forcing the stoppage. As a former linebacker with the New York Jets, Wint has power and athleticism to spare, but with four of his seven professional wins coming in under a minute, we will need to see a bit more from Wint before declaring him one to watch at heavyweight.
