Francesco Nuzzi
Italy
Knockout win in UFC debut
Nuzzi defeated Long Xiao via TKO (punches) at 1:00 of Round 1 at UFC Fight Night on Saturday in Shanghai, China.
ANALYSIS
Nuzzi fought for PFL Europe and Cage Warriors prior to his UFC arrival here, so he's competed for some notable organizations in the past, but he still found himself as a +160 underdog against Xiao. It took all of a minute for that number to prove faulty, as Nuzzi landed a boatload of punishing shots which dropped Xiao and forced referee Herb Dean to step in. It's anyone's guess if this will last, but Nuzzi's company debut couldn't have gone any better.
