Not competitive in UFC debut
Kuse lost to Marcio Barbosa via TKO (punch) at 2:47 of Round 1 at UFC Fight Night on Saturday in Sacramento.
ANALYSIS
Making his UFC debut at age 32, Kuse entered as a +600 underdog, largest on the entire card. He attempted to wrestle, which was the correct move, but failed on all five of his takedown attempts. The fight was essentially over at that point. All it took was one sweeping left hook to drop Kuse, and end his evening on the spot. He'll get another chance with the company, although little should be expected.

ANALYSIS
Kuse owns a 9-2-0 record as a pro and is known for his ground-and-pound ability. He doesn't have a date for his UFC debut, but when he does, he'll step into the octagon carrying a two-fight winning streak.
