Darnell will be in the No. 46 Chevrolet for the remainder of the season, except at Watkins Glen, Whitney Motorsports Facebook page reports.

With the departure of driver J.J. Yeley for Front Row Motorsports, a seat has opened up for Darnell at the No. 46 team. He will take advantage of this full-time racing opportunity for the remainder of the 2011 season. Darnell will be in the team's Chevrolet for every event except the road course race at the Glen.
