Past Fantasy Outlooks
2022
2021
Made just five starts last season for Sam Hunt Racing, but had good results. No 2022 plans have been announced, but there's a likely hood that Garrett could be back with SHR in a part-time capacity again in 2022.
IndyCar talent, Ferrucci, will take the wheel for a select schedule of as many as 20 events in 2021. He is a very talented driver, but this will be his first season of stock car racing. We expect some steep learning curves along the way. The 22-year-old former F1 test driver will be focused mainly on the intermediate ovals in this upcoming season. The plan is to get him up to speed on stock car racing for an eventual transition into full-time NASCAR competition. Ferrucci will be joined by Garrett in filling out the team's schedule. Garrett had a very light, part-time schedule split between the Xfinity Series and trucks last year. The 20-year-old Virginian is still learning the ropes and gaining development.
