PLAYER RECOMMENDATIONS

GOALKEEPER

Jordan Pickford, SUN at HUL ($6,900): Sunderland have been relegated and travel to Hull City, who are in a fight to stay up and will look to press all match. Oddly enough, Hull are also the biggest favorites in the slate. Pickford should be busy and the entire match should be played in the Sunderland half.

Jack Butland, STK at BOU ($6,400): Bournemouth have the most shots on goal over the past six matches among teams on the slate. Stoke are slight underdogs and have an average number of saves this season. Lukasz Fabianski is similarly priced and up against Everton. Normally he would warrant a writeup in this spot, but Swansea are only slight underdogs as they are in a relegation battle and Everton have already locked up European football.

DEFENDER

Phil Jagielka, EVE at SWA ($6,400): Everton don't have much to play for so maybe they sit back more than usual and let Swansea dictate play. Swansea are battling for relegation so they will press as much as possible. Swansea also cross the most (defense clearance chances) and give up an average number of tackles.

James Tarkowski, BRN at WBA ($5,500): With Ben Mee and Michael Keane both questionable with injuries, look to Tark the Shark (or his potential cheaper CB partner depending on lineups) for salary relief with a decent floor that most Burnley center-backs have.

MIDFIELDER

Gylfi Sigurdsson, SWA at EVE ($9,900): This matchup won't look great on a historical basis but this is end of season and motivation is the biggest factor. At home and in need of a win against an Everton team fighting for nothing, Swansea are barely underdogs. With few expensive plays, it won't be hard to fit Sigurdsson into a lineup, and he found his goal-scoring boots this past week against Manchester United after a bit of a drought.

Robbie Brady, BRN v. WBA ($5,700): Among the top 15 midfielders in average fantasy points over the past six matches, there is one in this slate (Sigurdsson is ranked 11). We will have to look at more inconsistent players to fill the midfield this week. That being said, Brady (when he plays) is one of the more consistent options, and in a home match when Burnley are favored against West Brom, he should be able to put up decent peripherals with goal-scoring upside.

Other Options

Kamil Grosicki ($6,000) has a home matchup against Sunderland and continues to be the main playmaker for Hull; he also has the second-best midfielder goal-scoring odds. Riyad Mahrez's ($7,900) game doesn't translate well to FanDuel, but with the best midfielder goals-coring odds he could be a good stack with Jamie Vardy or as a differential from him.

FORWARD

Romelu Lukaku, EVE at SWA ($11,600): The only real expensive forward this week, Lukaku is tied for the best goal-scoring odds and is likely the only forward with multiple goal upside. It won't be difficult to pay up for Lukaku, and even in a match where Everton find themselves underdogs, we should expect him to be highly owned.

Jamie Vardy, LEI v. WAT ($9,600): Tied with Lukaku for the best goal-scoring odds, Vardy has goals in seven of his past nine matches. On fire ever since Claudio Ranieri was sacked, Vady takes on a safe-from-relegation Watford team who will be down three of their regular five defenders. Leicester are the second-biggest favorites in the slate with the second-highest goal total.

Oumar Niasse, HUL v. SUN ($7,600) or Abel Hernandez, HUL v. SUN ($6,400): Whoever starts between Niasse and Hernandez have probably the best goal-scoring-odds-to-salary on the slate and one of the better ratios in recent weeks. Up against a defeated Sunderland team, Hull have the highest team total and best odds to win.
