Fantrax & Sleeper Premier League Rankings: Gameweek 6

The Premier League returns from a three-week international break for Gameweek 6, which makes minutes and lineup security a little harder to read than usual. Travel, late returns and knocks picked up on international duty can all affect expected roles, so this is a week where predicted lineups matter even more than normal.

Arsenal still have the standout matchup at home to Leeds, while Manchester United and Chelsea also get favorable home spots. Everton and Newcastle offer some of the more interesting alternatives in Fantrax and Sleeper formats because their best options can score through set pieces, defensive actions and other peripheral stats.

These rankings are built specifically for Fantrax and Sleeper scoring using RotoWire's latest predicted lineups, with projections adjusted for expected minutes, matchup, role and fantasy scoring floor.

Best Fantrax & Sleeper Picks for Gameweek 6

Arsenal
Arsenal have the best overall matchup of the week and should produce useful options across every position. Bukayo Saka and Martin Odegaard remain the safest attacking names, while the back line is always in play to lead the gameweek. An injury to Kai Havertz could change how things look, as well.
Bruno Fernandes & Manchester United
Manchester United have one of the better attacking setups of the week at home to Tottenham. Fernandes remains one of the safest fantasy midfielders, while Bryan Mbeumo and Matheus Cunha remain locks for minutes until Benjamin Sesko and Amad Diallo get closer to 100 percent.
Cole Palmer & Chelsea
Chelsea are another strong home team this week against Bournemouth. Palmer remains the obvious premium option if fit, while Morgan Rogers is the other main target while Joao Pedro is a doubt due to injury.
Everton
Everton's trip to Hull stands out more in Fantrax and Sleeper than it might in standard FPL because of the combination of defensive floor and matchup. James Tarkowski, James Garner and other secure-minute players should have multiple paths to useful fantasy production, namely Jack Grealish who started in GW5.
Harvey Barnes & Newcastle
Newcastle's trip to Coventry gives their attacking players a favorable spot without requiring them to dominate possession. Barnes brings direct attacking upside, while Lewis Hall has been an elite early-season play with the help of left-footed set pieces.

Final Thoughts

Arsenal are the clearest team to target in Gameweek 6, but Manchester United and Chelsea also have strong home environments that should push several players toward the top of the weekly rankings.

Everton and Newcastle are more interesting in Fantrax and Sleeper than they may appear in standard FPL because of the value of defensive actions, set pieces and secure minutes. Meanwhile, the Liverpool-Manchester City matchup makes some normally automatic premium options a little less attractive this week.

As always, the rankings can shift quickly as predicted lineups and expected minutes change, so role security should matter more than small differences in projected fantasy points.
