Coltorti enjoyed a fine senior career, joining Kriens first team in 1999 and playing for a total of seven clubs in his career. His most recent and longest stay was with RB Leipzig, joining in 2012 and helping the club earn promotion from the German fourth tier, all the way into the Bundesliga top flight.
