Scores first Ligue 1 goal
Bacher scored one goal to go with one shot (one on goal) in Friday's 3-1 victory over AJ Auxerre. In addition, he was given a yellow card in the 62nd minute.
ANALYSIS
Bacher headed Lyon in front in the 28th minute, getting on the end of Ernest Nuamah's delivery to bury his first Ligue 1 goal before logging 86 minutes as Lyon closed out a comfortable 3-1 win. He put his lone shot on target and was a steady presence in the air as Lyon controlled long stretches of the contest, particularly in the first half when they struck twice in three minutes to take command. Bacher has started all three Ligue 1 matches for Les Gones and appears to have the inside track on a starting role alongside Moussa Niakhate at the heart of the defense.
