Neustadter made two starts as a holding midfielder for Russia in Euro 2016 in a dreadful, both for him and country, tournament. He recorded merely three tackles and two fouls along the way taking his international tally to three caps. Russia finished fourth in Group B with one point and were knocked out of the championship.

ANALYSIS
Unlike in national play, Neustadter had an integral role in Schalke's defense last season. The 28-year-old played primarily as a center back, though, he wasn't much of a fantasy contributor collecting one assist, eight clean sheets and 61 tackles in 30 Bundesliga appearances (26 starts) and making 38 total appearances across all competitions.
