GOALKEEPER

Simon Mignolet, LIV v. NEW ($4,400): With their recent exploits, both domestically and in the Europa League, you may struggle to name a hotter club than Liverpool right now. They host Newcastle United, who have picked up just seven away points all season, have a league worst minus-29 goal differential and have lost their last six away matches. Sometimes, it pays to eat the chalk.

DEFENDER

Brad Smith, LIV v. NEW ($2,400): With another Europa League date set for next week, manager Jurgen Klopp will likely rest some of his regulars against lowly Newcastle. This was the case this past weekend against Bournemouth, where Smith got the start and picked up 11 fantasy points thanks to six crosses and five tackles. The lineup Liverpool uses Saturday is very much up in the air, but there's a strong possibility Smith will find himself sending in crosses should he start.

Alan Hutton, AVL v. SOU ($2,900): Hutton was once an elite defensive play, but his production has been waning for quite a while. Fortunately, the price has continually dropped and he's now very playable on a three-game slate that's very scarce on usable options.

MIDFIELDER

Cesc Fabregas, CHE at BOU ($5,500): Fabregas is often overlooked, but he's a reliable source of fantasy production. He hasn't matched the offensive production from last season, when he dolled out assists like grandma hands out caramel candies. However, he takes half the team's corners, picks up a few stray points with his defensive duties, resides of a few free kick situations and is still capable of assisting the attack around him.

Sadio Mane, SOU at AVL ($5,800): It's been greatly overdue, but the Mane from last season appears to have returned. A double as a sub against Liverpool was the precursor, but his goal and 25 fantasy points last weekend at Everton appears to have instigated what should be a very lively end to the season for Mane

FORWARD

Daniel Sturridge, LIV v. NEW ($5,600): The injury to Divock Origi should merit Sturridge all the playing time he can handle in the short term. He continued his prolific recent form by scoring as a sub at midweek against Everton. I think the Europa League game next Thursday could potentially cause concern for Sturridge's likelihood to play the full 90, but the only other option is Roberto Firmino, who has played so well with Sturridge of late.
