Best WNBA Bets Today: Wednesday, September 30
Angel Reese Under 30.5 Points + Rebounds + Assists (-114) vs. Washington Mystics
DraftKings Sportsbook, 5:00 p.m. ET
Steve Bulanda: Washington is one of the few teams that have the talented bigs to match up with Angel Reese. As a result, the Mystics have been able to limit her to 11-of-42 shooting over their past three matchups. That has helped to keep her under 30 Points + Rebounds + Assists in all three of those games.
I also like this spot because Reese is more productive at home than on the road. Away from home she scores fewer points, gets to the free throw line less frequently and shoots lower percentages across the board.
Golden State Valkyries -4.5 ( -105) at Dallas Wings
DraftKings Sportsbook, 5:00 p.m. ET
Steve Bulanda: I'm cheering for Dallas to win this game and the series, but realistically, the Wings are outmatched. Golden State has beaten Dallas by at least eight points in all four meetings this season, and with Azzi Fudd and Alanna Smith still sidelined, the Wings don't have the depth to match the Valkyries.
Breakout All-Star Jessica Shepard has been limited to 6.0 points, 7.8 rebounds and 2.5 assists against Golden State, far below her season averages of 14.5, 11.1 and 5.3, and Arike Ogunbowale has been far from consistent. Paige Bueckers has been the only stable force, and that's not enough against an opponent that can go deep into its bench and still be productive.
