Elite WNBA DFS Players

Guards

FanDuel

Paige Bueckers, Wings ($13,000) at Mercury

The Mercury-Wings matchup is only being offered as a single-game option, so if you're playing the main slate, I also like Allisha Gray ($6,800) here. Bueckers dropped 46.7 FD points when these teams met last, and the star guard has recorded between 32.2 and 51.3 FD points in four of her last five appearances. Although she's expected to play limited minutes with the Wings' spot in the playoffs already secured, Bueckers is still a viable play. She has logged fewer than 27 minutes in three of her last four games, averaging 22.0 points, 6.0 assists, 4.0 rebounds and 1.5 steals per game during that stretch.

DraftKings

Rhyne Howard, Dream ($10,100) vs. Sky

Howard is coming off an inefficient shooting night in Thursday's blowout win over the Sun, though she still finished that contest with 39.5 DK points. The star wing has reached that mark in two of her last three outings, during which she has averaged 17.3 points, 4.3 rebounds, 4.0 assists and 3.7 combined steals-plus-blocks in 33.7 minutes per tilt.

Forwards/Centers

FanDuel

Dominique Malonga, Storm ($8,200) at Valkyries

It's no secret the Valkyries are a challenge for opposing offenses, though they're also on the second leg of a back-to-back set. Malonga dropped 21 points and 33.6 FD points in the Storm's regular-season-opening loss to Golden State, though she struggled when these two teams met last. Malonga has generated 40.4 or more FD points in two of her last three games, averaging 15.0 points, 9.3 rebounds, 2.0 assists, 1.7 steals and 1.3 blocks across 28.7 minutes per game during that span.

DraftKings

Angel Reese, Dream ($11,800) vs. Sky

Although Reese struggled in her last outing against the Sky, the star forward had 47.3 DK points in their first meeting of the season. The 24-year-old has racked up 41.0-plus DK points in nine of her last 10 games, averaging 18.7 points, 14.0 rebounds, 3.7 assists and 3.0 combined steals-plus-blocks across 33.3 minutes per game in that stretch.

Mid-Range WNBA DFS Picks

FanDuel

Awa Fam, Storm ($5,200) at Valkyries

Fam has had her fair share of lackluster games recently, though she's coming off a 20.8 FD-point performance and has reached that mark in three of her last five games. During that time, the rookie has averaged 9.8 points, 6.4 rebounds, 0.8 assists and 0.8 steals in 23.8 minutes per showing.

DraftKings

Kamilla Cardoso, Sky ($10,000) at Dream

There are some intriguing value options for Saturday's slate, so I'd be less inclined to roster a mid-range-salaried player. Cardoso has supplied at least 28.5 DK points in both of her appearances against Atlanta this season, though she totaled just six boards in those outings, so there's room for improvement Saturday. She's finished with 33.0-plus DK points in five of her last eight outings, during which the 25-year-old center has averaged 15.9 points, 8.8 rebounds, 2.3 assists and 2.0 combined steals-plus-blocks in 26.9 minutes per contest.

WNBA DFS Value Picks

FanDuel

Kaitlyn Chen, Valkyries ($3,900) vs. Storm

Although it'll be worth monitoring the Valkyries' injury report on the second leg of this back-to-back, Chen figures to continue seeing meaningful playing time. She's scored in double figures in two straight games and has finished with at least 17.4 FD points in three of her last four appearances, during which she has averaged 11.0 points, 1.8 assists and 1.0 rebounds in 20.8 minutes per contest.

DraftKings

Gabriela Jaquez, Sky ($4,100) at Dream

Azura Stevens (knee) won't suit up Saturday, opening the door for Jaquez to take on increased playing time. The rookie has logged 20-plus minutes in three straight games, posting 12.3 DK points in two of them. She's played at least 20 minutes in 19 outings this season, averaging 9.2 points, 3.7 rebounds and 1.2 assists across 24.6 minutes per showing in those games.
