Elite WNBA DFS Players
Guards
FanDuel
Kahleah Copper, Mercury
($7,000) vs. Aces
Copper missed the Mercury's final game before the FIBA World Cup break due to an ankle injury and was sidelined for the team's first two games after the layoff due to a groin issue. However, she returned to action Monday against Dallas and didn't appear to miss a beat, posting 44.5 FD points in the 87-86 victory. Although the Aces are a formidable opponent, I like Copper's potential at this salary during Thursday's regular-season finale.
DraftKings
Caitlin Clark, Fever
($12,100) at Lynx
While some of Thursday's matchups carry risk of irregular usage for players, the Fever need a win over the Lynx to guarantee the No. 5 seed in the postseason. Clark has shown no signs of slowing down late in the regular season, averaging 30.2 points, 10.0 assists, 4.6 rebounds and 2.0 steals in 33.4 minutes per game across her last five appearances. Clark has the highest salary of any player on DraftKings by a considerable margin but has provided at least 4x value at this DFS salary in four of her last five outings.
Forwards/Centers
FanDuel
A'ja Wilson, Aces
($9,600) at Mercury
Wilson has been a mainstay in the column throughout the 2026 campaign, so it's fitting that she closes out the season -- which will likely result in her fifth MVP award -- with yet another pick as an elite frontcourt option. At her current salary, she would have provided at least 5x value in three of her last five appearances, and she could see a normal workload once again Thursday since the Aces could earn the No. 2 seed with a win and a Golden State loss.
DraftKings
Shakira Austin, Mystics
($11,100) vs. Sky
Austin has stayed healthy for most of the 2026 campaign and has closed out the regular season on a high note, posting double-doubles in three of her last four appearances. She's posted at least 36.8 DK points in each of those outings and will presumably see ample work Thursday, as the Mystics could move into the No. 5 seed with a win and a Fever loss in the regular-season finale.
Mid-Range WNBA DFS Picks
FanDuel
Aaliyah Edwards, Sun
($5,900) vs. Tempo
Edwards has had an inconsistent role for most of the 2026 campaign, but she's been a bit more reliable late in the year, including at least 4x value at this DFS salary in three of her last four appearances. Although Thursday's regular-season finale features a pair of teams in the midst of lengthy losing streaks who have been eliminated from the playoffs, I'm giving the Sun players a slight boost since they'll likely be motivated to put on a show during their final game in front of the Connecticut crowd before moving to Houston next year.
DraftKings
Diamond Miller, Sun
($6,400) vs. Tempo
Sticking with the Sun, Miller is coming off a performance in which she posted a season-high 38.0 DK points Tuesday against the Mystics, and she's registered at least 21.5 DK points in four of her last six appearances. The Sun will remain shorthanded during Thursday's regular-season finale, so I expect Miller to handle a significant role once again.
WNBA DFS Value Picks
FanDuel
Maya Caldwell, Lynx
($3,600) vs. Fever
It's not yet clear how Minnesota's rotation will look during Thursday's regular-season finale, as the Lynx have clinched the No. 1 seed in the playoffs but had a lackluster showing Tuesday against Indiana in which several key contributors were benched in the second half. Caldwell has been productive in recent weeks, as she's posted double-digit FD points in four of her last five appearances. Regardless of how Minnesota's rotation looks Thursday, Caldwell is an intriguing option given her reasonable salary.
DraftKings
Morgan Maly, Sky
($4,000) at Mystics
Maly was held scoreless during her first two WNBA appearances in late August, but she's been stellar across her last two outings, posting at least 18.5 DK points in each of those matchups. She's averaged 22.5 minutes per game during that time and has ample upside for Thursday's regular-season finale if she can continue to see a hefty dose of playing time.
