ANALYSIS
Jones, previously a top recruit from his home state of Texas, will return to his home state. He is expected to be a long-term option who does not benefit TCU immediately, considering the Horned Frogs' backcourt currently consists of more experienced guards. Jones showed some promise with enough playing time at Kansas State. The freshman guard played more than 15 minutes thrice, a span of games during which he averaged more than 2.3 three-pointers made on 53.8 shooting.
