2024 Fantasy Outlook
Eskridge is heading into the final year of his rookie contract, but he's not guaranteed a spot on the 53-man roster. After all, Eskridge has produced just 17 catches for 122 yards and a touchdown through three seasons, including no receptions in 2023. The Seahawks seemingly like what they have in Jake Bobo, and they recently signed Laviska Shenault, who may prove to be a more effective gadget player than Eskridge. If he makes the roster, he'll be mostly utilized as a returner. Read Past Outlooks

Taking part in OTAs
Eskridge (ribs) has been an active participant at the Seahawks' OTAs, Tim Weaver of Seahawks Wire reports.
ANALYSIS
Eskridge ended the 2023 campaign on injured reserve with a rib injury, but he now appears to be fully healthy at OTAs. The 27-year-old re-signed with Seattle in March after failing to record a reception over 16 offensive snaps in four games last season. The wide receiver has operated primarily as a return-specialist over the last two years, a role that he'll likely remain in with the Seahawks in 2024.

Latest Fantasy Rumors
On roster bubble
Eskridge is on the roster bubble heading into the 2024 season, Jeremy Brener of SI.com reports.
ANALYSIS
Eskridge has been a disappointment since the Seahawks selected him in the second round of the 2021 NFL Draft, and he failed to record a catch in 2023. Despite his draft pedigree, Eskridge is behind DK Metcalf, Tyler Lockett, Jaxon Smith-Njigba, Laviska Shenault and Jake Bobo on the wide receiver depth chart ahead of training camp, leaving him in a battle for a roster spot. Eskridge missed the final six games of the 2023 season due to a rib injury.

2021
Despite being a second-round pick in 2021, Eskridge has logged just 17 offensive snaps per game through two seasons, leading to 17 total receptions for 122 yards and a touchdown. It appears the Seahawks would like to use Eskridge as a gadget player with some kick-return duties. That will likely be the extent of his role in 2023 now that rookie first-rounder Jaxon Smith-Njigba joined DK Metcalf and Tyler Lockett at the top of the depth chart, and there's no guarantee that Eskridge is even the team's No. 4 WR. On top of that, Eskridge is suspended for the first six games of the season.
