FanDuel NBA: Wednesday Value Plays

FanDuel NBA: Wednesday Value Plays

This article is part of our FanDuel NBA series.

The last day of the NBA regular season is here. It's been a crazy season for sure with Russell Westbrook averaging a triple-double, James Harden excelling in his transition to point guard and Kevin Durant's move to the Warriors. The final night will be a tough one to navigate on FanDuel with so many players resting, but that doesn't mean you still can't cash in. Here are some players to consider for your entry:

Goran Dragic, MIA vs. WAS ($7,900): The Heat enter the evening in a three-way battle with the Pacers and Bulls for two playoff spots in the Eastern Conference, so expect Dragic to see his usual allotment of minutes. He is finishing the season on a high note as he has scored at least 30.1 FanDuel points in seven of his last eight games. He was successful against this same Wizards squad on Saturday when he scored 34.3 FanDuel points, so look for another big performance Wednesday.

Timothe Luwawu-Cabarrot, PHI at NY ($5,700): The Sixers have dealt with several injuries down the stretch, resulting in increased playing time for Luwawu-Cabbarrot as he has logged at least 34 minutes in six straight games. Making the most of his opportunity, he has scored at least 29.1 FanDuel points in three of his last four games. On a night filled with uncertainty, Luwawu-Cabarrot is a player who should get plenty of minutes at a reasonable price.

Spencer Dinwiddie, BKN at CHI ($4,100): Jeremy Lin has already been ruled out of this game for rest, so look for Dinwiddie to see a boost in playing time. These same two teams met on Saturday and Dinwiddie scored 31.6 FanDuel points. If you want to save money at point guard, Dinwiddie has a chance to far out produce his price.

Paul George, IND vs. ATL ($9,900): George is trying to carry the Pacers into the playoffs and has scored at least 41.9 FanDuel points in each of his last six games. He has played at least 40 minutes in three of his last five games and will be counted on for big minutes again Wednesday. Of all the high-priced options for the evening, George is one of the best bets to produce.

Richaun Holmes, PHI at NY ($6,100): Holmes enters Wednesday having posted a double-double in two of his last three games and scoring at least 27 FanDuel points in four straight. The Sixers are missing key players up front, which has enabled Holmes to establish himself as a solid DFS option on most nights. The Knicks have continued to struggle down the stretch, making Holmes a nice mid-tier option in this contest.

Rondae Hollis-Jefferson, BKN at CHI ($5,400): Hollis-Jefferson has exploded for at least 41.9 FanDuel points in both of his last two games. With Lin and Brook Lopez already ruled out for rest Wednesday, expect Hollis-Jefferson to carry a significant offensive role. He scored 41.9 FanDuel points Saturday against the Bulls and this has all the makings of another productive evening.

Hassan Whiteside, MIA vs. WAS ($9,000): Whiteside demolished the Wizards on Saturday when he scored 54.4 FanDuel points. He has been extremely valuable of late, as he has scored at least 37.2 FanDuel points in five of his last six games. There will be no limit on his minutes Wednesday, making him worth playing even at this high price.

Willy Hernangomez, NY vs. PHI ($5,100): Just because the final night of the season can be volatile, that doesn't mean you should throw season-long trends out the window. Hernangomez faces a favorable matchup Wednesday against the Sixers as they allow the most FanDuel points per game to opposing centers. He has played at least 31 minutes in two of his last three games and should put up valuable production considering his low price.

Boban Marjanovic, DET at ORL ($4,200): The Pistons have finally given Marjanovic a chance to play and he has come through with at least 27 FanDuel points in two of his last three games. Although he amazingly has not blocked a shot over those three games, he has grabbed at least eight rebounds in each contest. If you want to go with a cheap center, Marjanovic should be your man.
