I wasn't too impressed when I heard fixed mortage rates hit 6.66 percent today on 6/6/6. Coincidence. But then I glanced at the MLB schedule for today, 6/6/6. The Devil Rays play the Angels. Jeepers.

Comments....

I'm bummed there was no unassisted triple play by a shorstop. That would have been cool: 6-6-6 in the boxscore.

Jesse Crain did have a 6.66 ERA and came into a game and lived.

Of course, if the day really had any meaning the universe would never have made it past the year 666.
