Khan, Seda are top bets in boxing in 2010

THE SPORT of professional boxing will continue to advance and captivates boxing fans all over the globe in 2010.
The likes of Filipino boxing superstar Manny "Pacman" Pacquiao and American boxing icon Floyd Mayweather Jr. will continue to dominate the headlines in the sport in 2010.
Pacquiao the acknowledge top boxer in the world today is set to continue his boxing career against big named professional boxers one of whom is Mayweather, the former top boxer of the world.
But aside from the two, young but talented boxers are also projected to have a big year in the year of the Tiger.
Two of these rising young boxers who will captivate global boxing fans are British boxing hero Amir Khan and Puerto Rican boxing star Cesar Seda Jr.
Khan had a successful 2009 after starting that year in a sour note as he loses to unheralded Bredis Prescott earlier in a humiliating first round knockout.
With his loss in-front of his hometown fans, many have doubted the boxing skills of Khan and counted him out among the future title holders in boxing.
Despite his sad loss, Khan still persevered and hired the services of legendary American boxing coach Freddie Roach to revive his career.
Like an angel, Roach, the long-time coach of Pacquiao created wonders and developed further the skills of Khan and restores his self confidence.
The new partnership of Khan and Roach resulted to three impressive victorious against Mexican boxing hero Marco Antonio Barrera, hard hitting German boxing champion Andreas Kotelnik, and recently against the tough Dmitriy Salita.
The spectacular wins of Khan made boxing experts predict that 2010 will be a good year for him and the sport of boxing in general.
Another boxer experts are closely watching in 2010 is Seda who holds an impressive and immaculate record of 18 wins with 14 knockouts.
The 23-year-old southpaw in his young age has shown superb skills and maturity that made him win against veteran boxers in the flyweight division.
Many are saying that like Khan, 2010 will be a banner year for Seda who is expected to win more and earn his first world title this year.
