Tyson Ross, P, OAK Here is yet another young pitcher churned out by the Athletics system. Ross has not been as ballyhooed as a Brett Anderson or a Trevor Cahill, but it is hard to argue with his results. Ross has taken command of his stuff while in the rotation and he has a 1.35 ERA in his last four starts, culminating in Saturdays line: 7.1 innings, two earned runs and eight Ks against the White Sox. He wont normally strike out that many, but it is time to show him some love even without an explosive heater.
