FanDuel NBA: Tuesday Value Plays

FanDuel NBA: Tuesday Value Plays

This article is part of our FanDuel NBA series.

Tuesday night brings a light slate of games in the NBA as only four games will be played. Although there are less options to choose from, that doesn't mean there aren't bargains to be had. Here are some cheap players who you should consider when crafting your FanDuel lineup.

Point Guard
Michael Carter-Williams, $5,700, MIL:
Carter Williams has seen increased playing time of late as the Bucks are dealing with a few injuries in their backcourt. While he has been a bit inconsistent, he has posted at least 31.1 FanDuel points in three of his last five games. The problem is that he posted 18.5 points and 13.6 points in the other two games respectively. Even taking that into consideration, he should be considered at this price Tuesday against a poor Lakers squad.

Darren Collison, $5,000, SAC: Collison is set to start Tuesday against the Rockets with Rajon Rondo out due to suspension. While he has only played more than 28 minutes in one of his last seven games, he has posted at least 20.7 FanDuel points in five of those games. Look for him to play a lot and have a big game Tuesday.

Shooting Guard
Zach LaVine, $5,700, MIN:
LaVine had a big game Sunday against Phoenix as he posted 28 points in only 26 minutes. Although he has not played more than 29 minutes in any of his last six games, he did post at least 23.5 FanDuel points in four of those games. He has a nice matchup Tuesday against a porous Nuggets defense, so look for good production from him at this price.

O.J. Mayo, $4,900, MIL: Like Carter-Williams, Mayo has seen increased playing time due to injuries and has actually started at point guard. He has not disappointed, posting at least 21.9 FanDuel points in each of his last six games. I think he could have a big game against the Lakers, making him worth taking a chance on at this bargain price.

Small Forward
Omri Casspi, $4,700, SAC:
Casspi continues to start and has played at least 40 minutes in both of his last two games. He has produced at least 22.6 FanDuel points in three of his last four games and has gone from a bench player at the start of the season to a significant contributor for the Kings. It's hard to pass up on going with him Tuesday against the Rockets, especially at this price.

Power Forward
Jabari Parker, $5,000, MIL:
Have you noticed a trend? I think the Bucks are in for a big game against the Lakers Tuesday, including a possible big night from Parker. Parker played very well Saturday against the Warriors and came away with 32.9 FanDuel points. He has now played at least 31 minutes in three of his last five games and has scored at least 10 points in each of his last six games. The value is here with Parker.

Center
Roy Hibbert, $4,800, LAL:
The Lakers will be facing Greg Monroe and the Bucks Tuesday, so they are going to need a big night from Hibbert on the defensive end if they are going to have any chance of winning this game. Hibbert continues to be a blocks machine as he has posted at least one block in each of his last nine games. Throw in the fact that he posted at least 21.9 FanDuel points in two of his last three games and I think he is worth a shot Tuesday.
