Still going over mine and hashing it out with Ferris, but I will say it looks like more fun to do this in 2007 than in prior years. The Mets are a heavy favorite, but I can't say there's an easy pick anywhere else, and that's a cool thing in my mind.

Those Indians are sure getting a lot of support this season for a team that buckled under the pressure a year ago and plays in a division with some stronger teams. Is it the Garko effect?

I think it's the Joe Borowski effect. Choo, we hardly knew you.

NL Central Brewers Cardinals Astros Cubs Reds Pirates
NL West Arizona Dodgers Padres Giants Rockies
AL East Yankees Red Sox Toronto Baltimore Tampa Bay
AL Central Minnesota Cleveland Detroit Chicago Kansas City
AL West Anaheim Oakland Texas Seattle
AL Playoffs Minnesota over Red Sox Yankers over Angels

World Series Phillies over Yankees

Also, best upside WS play this year (as it has been the last few) is Brewers vs. Twins. Both have shots, and odds are probably long. Wide open this year. I bet most of this picks are very off the mark (a la Tigers last year).
