As a Milwaukee native, I know quite well that we speak a different language. Ya' see, in Milwaukee we call water fountains, "bubblers". My guess is that this particular contraption happened to serve Miller, Pabst or one of Milwaukee's other finer brews.
I think that would be a big seller here in my adopted home of Toronto where the Stanley Cup playoffs are right around the corner. There would be nothing better than watching a mullett-wearing Canuck drinking a Molson in his own beer bubbler. And my wife says we Wisconsinites don't have any culture...
