King is a 6-5 Arizona State transfer who was dismissed from the Sun Devils team a year ago. He landed at Long Beach State and could be a solid fantasy pickup for the second semester. In 13 games with ASU last season, he averaged 13.7 points, 4.9 rebounds, and 3.3 assists.

King (suspension) has been dismissed from the team, the Arizona Republic reports.

King was the Sun Devils' leading scorer, averaging 13.7 points per game. "We have decided that Keala will no longer be with the team," coach Herb Sendek said in a statement. "We wish him nothing but the best in his future."

Despite the loss, King managed to post a second-straight strong performance Wednesday, this after netting 16 points, 10 rebounds and six assists Monday versus Southern Miss.
