Jok had just four points (2-9 FG) in Sunday's blowout loss to Northwestern.

Jok is the conference's leading scorer and has been one of the most consistent players in the country, so there's no need to panic after one bad game. The senior will surely face tougher defenses with conference play underway, but that hadn't stopped him until Sunday, as Jok averaged 23.8 PPG over his first five Big Ten contests.

RotoWire Fantasy Analysis

Jok led all scorers with 29 points (11-19 FG, 4-7 3Pt, 3-4 FT), adding eight assists and six rebounds in Thursday's upset victory over Purdue.

Jok improved his season scoring average to 22.9 PPG in this one, a mark that is good for seventh in the country and first among Power-5 teams. As an added bonus for fantasy owners, the senior has been incredibly active on the glass, as his 6.3 RPG average is nearly double his previous career high.

RotoWire Fantasy Analysis

Jok scored 34 points in the double-overtime loss to Nebraska on Thursday. He hit five 3-pointers and snagged six boards.

Jok is leading the Big 10 in scoring at 22.9 points and has more than a four-point lead over Illinois guard Malcolm Hill. The Hawkeye guard scored 30 points or more for the fourth time and has now hit nine 3-pointers in his last two games.

RotoWire Fantasy Analysis

Jok (hip) had 13 points (4-15 FG, 1-7 3Pt, 4-4 FT), six rebounds, two assists and two steals over 22 minutes in Wednesday's loss to Purdue.

Jok has been limited by a hip injury of late, but it's unclear if that's the reason for a reduced minutes total in this one. Even on a "pitch count," Jok led the Hawkeyes in scoring, and was second on the team in rebounding. It's tough to imagine a season-long fantasy format in which Jok isn't a lock in lineups.

RotoWire Fantasy Analysis

Jok (hip) is in the starting lineup for Wednesday's game against Purdue.

Jok exited the team's last game against Delaware State due to a hip issue, but later returned to the contest and appears to be no worse for wear. He's been the offensive leader for the Hawkeyes this season and will look to continue that trend Wednesday as the Iowa opens up its Big Ten schedule with a tough road matchup at Purdue.

RotoWire Fantasy Analysis

Jok (hip) returned to action in the second half of Iowa's win over Delaware State, Bobby La Gesse of the AJC's Land of 10 Blog reports. "We thought start him in the second half, see if he can get it loosened up. He got a quick 7 and then said OK, that's it," said head coach Fran McCaffery after the contest.

Jok put a scare into Hawkeye fans after suffering a hip injury in the first half of Iowa's matchup against Delaware State, but his strong showing to start the second half suggests that the injury is minor. Iowa returns to action Wednesday, which means Jok will have had close to a week to get treatment on his hip. Look for Jok to remain in the starting lineup Wednesday.

RotoWire Fantasy Analysis

Jok is probable to return to Thursday's matchup against Delaware after injuring his hip.

The injury was sustained in the first half. Jok had tallied ten points (3-8 FG, 2-4 3PT, 2-2 FT), one rebound, one assist, and two steals prior to exiting the game. However, given his probable designation, even with a healthy Hawkeyes' lead, his hip issue does not appear to be too serious.

December 21, 2016

RotoWire Fantasy Analysis

Jok scored 18 points (4-15 FG, 0-3 3Pt, 10-10) and added eight rebounds, four assists, and a steal in the win over North Dakota on Tuesday.

Jok has been a breakout player in his senior season as he's averaging 23.1 points, 6.5 rebounds, and 2.3 assists in 30.1 minutes per game. The 6-6 guard is shooting 92 percent from the free throw line and 42 percent from downtown this season, both of which are career highs. Jok is a tough matchup for any defender and will look to keep producing in Big Ten play.
