A knee injury forced Chandler to miss significant practice time this fall, as well as the first nine games of the 2014-15 season. The junior center now appears ready to be deployed just in time for Pac-12 play, but coach Dana Altman may continue to monitor his minutes in the short term. Chandler's incredible efficiency Wednesday suggest that he may challenge big men Elgin Cook and Dwayne Benjamin for minutes once he is ready to take on a consistent workload.
