Behrens had his knee scoped in mid-February, which forced a brief three-game absence, but he has now returned and logged minutes in the team's last two contests. Sunday was the junior forward's highest minutes total since Jan. 29, suggesting that the knee procedure was effective, and that Behrens could be poised to take on a larger role moving forward. His value as a bench player in daily formats is limited, however, especially considering that he hasn't reached double figures since a non-conference matchup against Eastern Washington back on Dec. 19. Behrens had been starting back then, but it seems as if that job has since been locked down by senior Dwight Tarwater.
