Smith will declare for the NBA Draft, CBS Sports' Jeff Borzello reports.

Smith, a junior from Baltimore, Maryland, will forego his final season of eligibility, after spending just one year with the Runnin' Rebels. He pulled down an impressive 10.9 boards per game this season, boosting his draft stock following a rocky two-year stint at UConn. Still, Smith is a borderline prospect, and he'll probably be selected in the second round, if at all.
