Burke officially declared his intention to be available for the 2013 NBA draft, the MLive.com reports. He averaged 18.6 points and 6.7 assists as a sophomore.

Burke is a highly skilled player with range on his jumper and excellent ball handling skills. However, to be a six-footer in the NBA, players have to be extraordinary. Burke could make for a strong third guard on a good team.

Burke bounced back from one of his worst games of the season in the win over Syracuse on Saturday. He showed off his NBA range on his jumper against the Cardinals. After considering the NBA draft after his freshman season, Burke should be ready to be a lottery pick in the 2013 draft.
