Randle has formally announced he will be entering the NBA Draft, ESPN.com reports.

The 6-foot-9 Kentucky forward heads to the NBA with great promise. After averaging a double-double of 15 points and 10.4 rebounds his freshman year, Randle is a lock to be a top-10 pick and could be selected in the top-5. Coming off a solid NCAA tournament, Randle should be ready to make the jump to the NBA and use his NBA ready body to have an immediate impact for his new team.

RotoWire Fantasy Analysis

Randle is expected to declare for the NBA Draft during a press conference scheduled for Tuesday, CBS Sports reports.

Randle was a force during his freshman season at Kentucky, where he averaged a double-double of 15 points and 10.4 rebounds en route to a national championship appearance. Along with impressive on-court production, at 19 years old, Randle's 6-9, 250 pound frame should allow him to match the physicality of NBA big men. If he indeed declares for the draft on Tuesday, Randle is considered a lock to be selected in the top-10 picks, with the top-5 also a very realistic possibility.

Randle has not yet officially declared, but the 6-foot-9, 250-pound power forward is one of the most talented prospects in recent years, and is a surefire top-5 pick, so it's no surprise that he will spend just one season in college.
