Taylor has decided to hire an agent, and will forego his senior season at Texas, Mike Finger of the San Antonio Express reports.

As a junior, Taylor averaged 15.0 points, 2.8 rebounds, 5.0 assists, and 0.9 steals in 31 minutes per contest during the 2015-16 season. Taylor led the Longhorns in scoring, despite being mostly inefficient from three-point range.

Michigan State's Denzel Valentine does a little bit of everything (OK, a lot of everything), which makes him an easy top pick in NCAA Tournament fantasy drafts.

RotoWire Fantasy Analysis

Taylor declared for the NBA Draft on Thursday but will not sign with an agent, Jeff Goodman of ESPN reports.

Because he is not signing with an agent, Taylor will be able to go through much of the draft process but still be able to return to Texas if he deems that his stock could improve with another year in Austin. The 6-1 point guard led the Longhorns in scoring last season, averaging 15.0 points per game, but his perimeter shooting could use some improvement given that he shot 31.1 percent from beyond the arc.

RotoWire Fantasy Analysis

Taylor managed to play 28 minutes in Monday's loss to Kansas despite dealing with plantar fasciitis, Mike Finger of the Houston Chronicle reports.

Taylor actually donned a walking boot Sunday and still took the court Monday while dealing with the issue near his heel. Since he played through the pain Monday, it would be surprising if he was unable to do the same Friday against Oklahoma State in the final game of the regular season.

RotoWire Fantasy Analysis

Taylor notched 18 points (5-15 FG, 8-9 FT), along with two rebounds and five assists in Saturday's win over Oklahoma.

Despite shooting just 33 percent from the floor, the junior guard still managed at team-high 18 points across a team-high 36 minutes. Taylor didn't commit a single turnover as he dished out five assists and picked apart the Sooners' defense. Taylor is the Longhorns best all-around player and he's the heart and soul of the offense. Everything runs through him and the ball is in his hands during crunch time. Taylor is averaging a very solid line of 15.5 PPG, 2.8 RPG and 5.0 APG, and he'll continue to produce at a high level moving forward.

RotoWire Fantasy Analysis

Taylor tallied 10 points (4-7 FG, 2-5 FT), adding one rebound, three assists and two steals in Saturday's loss to Baylor.

Taylor was one of many Longhorns to struggle on Saturday against a stingy Baylor zone defense, but he still managed to score in double-figures on just seven shots from the field. The junior guard committed four turnovers against the zone and the Texas offense simply couldn't handle the size and athleticism of the Bears. Taylor is one of the top point guards in the country, and he'll continue to produce at a high level when the matchup works in his favor.

RotoWire Fantasy Analysis

Taylor notched 23 points (5-12 FG, 13-13 FT), along with four rebounds, seven assists and two blocks in Tuesday's win over West Virginia.

Taylor was spectacular in this game, as he attacked the basket and drew contact on a regular basis. He shot a perfect 13-of-13 from the free-throw line on his way to a game-high 23 points. Taylor has now topped the 20-point mark on six occasions this season, and he's shown no signs of slowing down. The junior guard is one of the better point guards in the country and he's currently averaging 15.5 PPG and 5.1 APG for the Longhorns.

RotoWire Fantasy Analysis

Taylor notched 13 points (5-12 FG, 1-1 3PT, 2-2 FT), along with two rebounds, eight assists and three steals in Saturday's win over Texas Tech.

Taylor provided excellent production across the board, despite playing just 28 minutes due to early foul trouble. The junior guard is averaging 15.3 PPG, 2.9 RPG and 5.1 APG, which makes him one of the more consistent point guards across the country.

RotoWire Fantasy Analysis

Taylor scored 13 points (6-11 FG, 1-2 FT), along with six rebounds, five assists and a steal in Saturday's loss to Kansas.

Taylor played 37 of the 40 minutes on Saturday and provided great production across the board. The junior guard is the best player on the Texas team, and he averages solid numbers in multiple categories. Taylor currently averages 16.3 PPG, 3.0 RPG, 4.7 APG and 0.8 SPG which is great production at the point guard position.
