The senior from Maywood, IL also logged his sixth and seventh rebound, seventh and eight assist and second and third takeaways in two appearances in the victory, which advances the Crusaders to the National Invitational Tournament semifinals for the first time ever. Carter continues to prove a steady producer in postseason play, producing at least 11 points in four conference tournament and NIT starts and combining for 15 rebounds, 18 assists and six steals in those same outings. The 6-1, 180-pound guard subsequently heads into next Tuesday's showdown against Brigham Young at Madison Square Gardens VU's No. 2 in scoring for the year (10.3 points a game) and presently tied with Youngstown State's Francisco Santiago as the No. 3 for assists in the Horizon League in 2015-16.
