Ramsey Nijem: Victim Of Poor Judge's Decision On Saturday In Chicago
Nijem lost to Andrew Holbrook via split decision (28-29, 29-28, 28-29) at UFC on FOX 16 on Saturday in Chicago.

Nijem was visibly confused and frustrated after the decision was announced, and rightfully so. He clearly won the fight. Nijem got the far better of the standup exchanges and although Holbrook was able to lock on numerous submission attempts, Nijem controlled the pace on the ground for the most part. It was a close fight, but not as close as the scores made it seem. Nijem simply got robbed here.

With Erik Koch (undisclosed) injured, Nijem will now face newcomer Andrew Holbrook at UFC Fight Night on July 25 in Chicago, UFC.com reports.

Holbrook has a perfect 9-0-0 record as a professional, but there's no chance he has as much talent as Koch does. Nijem's job just got easier. Nijem picked up a very impressive TKO win over the underrated Beneil Dariush in April 2014, but he followed that up with a TKO loss to Diego Ferreira in his last bout in August 2014.
