There's been a "For Sale" sign outside of Phoenix Racing for some time now and there seems to be several interested buyers. Apparently, two-time NASCAR champion Labonte is one of the parties interested in acquiring James Finch's race team, the Associated Press reports.
Bebida Beverage Company confirmed that they have reunited with FAS Lane Racing to become an associate sponsor on the team's No. 32 Ford Fusion and driver Labonte for the 55th running of the Daytona 500, FAS Lane Racing PR reports.
FAS Lane Racing announced that they have welcomed back another sponsor for the 2012 season. The team's first sponsor last year, US Chrome, will return to the No. 32 Ford this coming season as a major associate sponsor for all 36 races, FAS Lane Racing PR reports.
Just as they did to begin the NASCAR Sprint Cup Series season last year, FAS Lane Racing announced they are heading to Daytona for the 2012 season opening race with Labonte. The two-time NASCAR Sprint Cup Series champion will pilot the No. 32 Ford in the running of the Daytona 500, FAS Lane Racing PR reports.
Labonte will return to Watkins Glen International for the first time since 2007 - and he'll do it for the first time in the seat of the No. 38 Long John Silver's Ford, Front Row Motorsports PR reports.
