The 54-year-old legend will saddle up for another part-time schedule with Michael Waltrip Racing in 2013. Martin will once again pilot the No. 55 Toyota under the guidance of crew chief Rodney Childers. The duo combined for four pole positions and 10 Top-10 finishes in just 24 starts last season. Martin narrowly missed victory lane on two occasions last year, so his level of performance was very high. We expect similar results from the veteran driver in the upcoming season. Martin should crest the 10 Top-10 finish plateau and possibly get back into winner’s circle.
