30-Year-Old Driver –
2017 Fantasy Racing Outlook
The veteran driver Leicht is making a comeback after four years on the sidelines in NASCAR. He’s made 76 starts in this division of NASCAR with one win and 16 Top-10 finishes to his credit. Leicht brings the experience and skill this small race team needs to race competitively. Obaika has only been in the Xfinity Series for the last two seasons, and featuring a whopping number of different drivers in their car. The stability and consistency that Leicht brings to the No. 77 team is a move in the right direction for success in a full-time schedule. However, the ability to crack the Top-20 on a consistent basis will be a challenge in this very competitive division of racing. Crew chief Carlos Contreras will hopefully be able to give him good cars and the guidance to perform well in his return to racing.
