RotoWire Fantasy Analysis

Stewart supplied 23 points (6-17 FG, 2-4 3Pt, 9-11 FT), eight rebounds, two blocks, one assist and one steal across 36 minutes during Wednesday's 79-69 elimination loss to the Mercury.

Stewart provided quality counting stats for those who deployed her in DFS, though her inefficiency may have contributed to the team's overall struggles. Regardless, she had a nice fantasy season overall, posting 19.9 points, 8.7 rebounds, 2.7 assists, 1.6 blocks and 1.1 steals across 32.9 minutes per game.

September 6, 2017

RotoWire Fantasy Analysis

Stewart supplied 29 points (9-17 FG, 1-3 3Pt, 10-12 FT), eight rebounds, three steals, two assists and two blocks across 28 minutes during Sunday's 85-80 victory over the Sky.

Stewart ended the 2017 regular season on a high note with Sunday's performance. She's been on a roll defensively over the past three contests, posting a combined eight steals and five blocks -- not to mention an impressive 21 boards. The second-year player set career highs in points per game (19.9), field goal (47.5) and three-point (37.1) percentage this year.

August 29, 2017

RotoWire Fantasy Analysis

Stewart supplied 13 points (3-9 FG, 1-2 3Pt, 6-9 FT), nine rebounds, four assists and three steals across 35 minutes during Sunday's 75-71 loss to the Mercury.

Stewart failed to reach at least 18 points for the first time in four games, though teammate Jewell Loyd ultimately stole the show by dropping a career-high 33 points on 22 shots. Despite Stewart's underwhelming scoring effort, she still managed to create fantasy value across the board, recording nine rebounds, four assists and three steals. She's been an especially effective distributor as of late, posting 4.0 assists per game over her past five appearances.

August 24, 2017

RotoWire Fantasy Analysis

Stewart supplied 18 points (5-10 FG, 0-1 3Pt, 8-11 FT), eight rebounds, four assists, one steal and one block across 34 minutes during Wednesday's 89-83 loss to the Dream.

Stewart has been playing up to her season averages as of late, which should generally be making fantasy owners happy. She's one of the best two-way players in the league, posting 20.1 points, 8.6 rebounds, 2.7 assists, 1.6 blocks and 1.0 steal across 32.9 minutes per game.

August 18, 2017

RotoWire Fantasy Analysis

Stewart supplied 12 points (4-11 FG, 2-4 3Pt, 2-2 FT), 11 rebounds, three assists and one block across 34 minutes during Wednesday's 62-61 win over the Lynx.

Stewart, who averages 8.6 boards per game, managed to secure her first double-double since she dropped 25 points and 11 rebounds on Chicago during July 18's matchup. Her scoring has been somewhat inconsistent as of late, though that shouldn't shy DFS users away from considering her in a lineup, as she's without question one of the top frontcourt options every night the Storm roll the ball out.

August 14, 2017

RotoWire Fantasy Analysis

Stewart had 20 points (7-15 FG, 1-3 3Pt, 5-6 FT), nine rebounds, three assists, one steal and one block across 29 minutes during Saturday's 98-89 win over the Mercury.

Despite partaking in just her second WNBA season, Stewart has quickly established herself as one of the league's top scorers. That was the case yet again on Saturday, as Stewart was able to score at will and matched a team-high of 20 points. She also added nine rebounds in a near double-double effort, which helps exemplify her valuable cross-category production. One of the better all-around players, Stewart's fantasy value will continue to remain high moving forward, making her an intriguing fantasy option on any given night.

August 9, 2017

RotoWire Fantasy Analysis

Stewart finished with 17 points (6-18 FG, 0-4 3Pt, 5-6 FT), six rebounds, three assists and one steal across 35 minutes during Tuesday's 84-71 loss to the Sun.

Stewart's streak of 20-point games will end at 12 with her 17-point performance Tuesday, though it was still a team high. Overall, however, it was a below-average outing for Stewart, who's averaging 20.4 points, 8.4 boards, 2.5 assists, 1.6 blocks and 1.0 steal across 33.3 minutes per game this season.

August 7, 2017

RotoWire Fantasy Analysis

Stewart posted a season-high 32 points (13-23 FG, 2-4 3Pt, 4-8 FT), eight rebounds, four assists, four steals and two blocks across 40 minutes in Saturday's loss to the Stars.

Playing on the second night of a back-to-back didn't phase Stewart at all, as she delivered her second 30-plus point performance of the season and her 12th straight game with at least 20 points. With effective scoring and rebounding to go along with her consistent production on the defensive side of the ball, Stewart continues to be an elite two-way option in just her second WNBA season.

August 5, 2017

RotoWire Fantasy Analysis

Stewart supplied 21 points (6-8 FG, 2-3 3Pt, 7-11 FT), five rebounds and one assist across 30 minutes during Friday's 93-80 loss to the Wings.

Though Stewart failed to reach her averages in rebounds (8.6), assists (2.4) or blocks (1.7) per game, she continued her impressive streak of 20-point games, which now stands at 11. With that kind of production, Stewart should be viewed as a premier DFS option every night the Storm take the floor.

July 26, 2017

RotoWire Fantasy Analysis

Stewart supplied 23 points (7-11 FG, 2-4 3Pt, 7-9 FT), a season-high six blocks, five rebounds, five assists and one steal across 36 minutes during Tuesday's 68-60 loss to the Sparks.

Stewart has been playing excellently as of late, dropping at least 20 points in each of her past eight appearances while averaging 9.3 rebounds, 2.9 assists and 1.6 blocks per game. An All-Star this season and Defensive Player of the Year runner up last year, there remains little doubt that Stewart is one of the best frontcourt players in the WNBA. As a result, she should probably be considered in DFS every night that the Storm takes the floor.

July 25, 2017

RotoWire Fantasy Analysis

Stewart, at the All-Star break, is posting averages of 19.7 points, 9.0 rebounds, 2.3 assists, and 1.4 blocks across 32.4 minutes per game.

Stewart currently ranks fifth in the league in scoring and fourth in rebounds. The forward hasn't put up less than 20 points in eight straight games, and she's posted double-doubles in four of her past eight tilts. If Stewart isn't recording a double-double, she's usually coming just one or two rebounds shy of one, which her average of nine rebounds well represents. Stewart, an All-Star participant, continues to prove to be one of the better fantasy options in the league.

July 19, 2017

RotoWire Fantasy Analysis

Stewart tallied 25 points (6-14 FG, 1-4 3Pt, 12-13 FT), 11 rebounds, three assists and one block across 38 minutes during Tuesday's 94-83 loss to the Sky.

Stewart has been on a roll over the past five games, averaging 23.4 points on 50.0 percent shooting from the field and 34.8 percent from three, 9.8 rebounds, 2.6 assists, 1.2 steals and 1.0 block across 35.4 minutes per game. Across that stretch, Stewart hasn't scored less than 20 points in a single outing and has recorded two double-doubles. Overall, the second-year forward is looking like one of the best frontcourt options available in DFS.

July 16, 2017

RotoWire Fantasy Analysis

Stewart finished Saturday's 84-90 win over the Dream with 24 points (11-20 FG, 2-5 3Pt), nine rebounds, six assists, one steal, one block and five turnovers across 36 minutes.

Stewart has been absolutely on fire of late, posting six straight games with 20 or more points and seven or more rebounds. She's combined to shoot an impressive 56 percent from the field over the last three games, so she's locked in and can be considered one of the elite scorers in the league. With season averages of 19.4 points, 8.9 rebounds, 2.2 assists and 1.5 bloks across 32.0 minutes per game, Stewart will always be on the radar as one of the better fantasy options on a game-to-game basis.

July 13, 2017

RotoWire Fantasy Analysis

Stewart notched a team-high 22 points (10-17 FG, 2-6 3Pt) and eight rebounds to go with one steal and a block across 34 minutes in Wednesday's fall to the Sun.

Stewart should be perceived as a consistent fantasy threat, averaging 19.1 points, 8.9 rebounds, 2.0 assists, 1.5 blocks and 0.9 steals across 31.8 minutes. The forward has tallied six double-doubles this season and has scored in double figures all but one game.

July 10, 2017

RotoWire Fantasy Analysis

Stewart posted 26 points (8-15 FG, 2-5 3Pt, 8-8 FT), seven rebounds, two assists and three steals across 33 minutes in Saturday's game against the Sparks.

While Saturday's performance did end Stewart's streak of three straight double-doubles, the second-year star has now scored at least 20 points in four straight games. Now averaging 18.9 points, 8.9 rebounds and 1.5 blocks in over 30 minutes per game, Stewart has established herself as one of the most reliable DFS options in the league.

July 7, 2017

RotoWire Fantasy Analysis

Stewart racked up 20 points (7-18 FG, 1-3 3Pt, 5-7 FT), 14 rebounds, two assists, two blocks and one steal across 36 minutes during Thursday's 79-70 loss to the Liberty.

Stewart has been on a tear over the past three games, totaling 72 points, 34 rebounds, seven assists, four blocks and three steals. The sophomore was struggling with her consistency at the beginning of the season, but has seemed to straighten things out at this point. She's currently posting 18.5 points, 9.1 rebounds, 2.1 assists and 1.6 blocks across 31.6 minutes per game, making her one of the better options in DFS on any given night.

July 3, 2017

RotoWire Fantasy Analysis

Stewart finished Saturday's 89-69 victory over the Wings with 30 points (13-21 FG, 2-7 3Pt, 2-5 FT), 10 rebounds, three assists, one steal, two blocks and three turnovers across 35 minutes.

Stewart was unstoppable Saturday, putting up a new season-high of 30 points, while also notching her second straight double-double and fifth of the year. The second-year forward out of Connecticut has had an extremely strong start to the 2017 campaign and now owns averages of 18.4 points, 8.7 rebounds, 2.1 assists and 1.6 blocks across 31.3 minutes per contest. That all-around production makes her one of the best fantasy options in the entire WNBA, so Stewart will almost always be worth considering in DFS contests.

June 30, 2017

RotoWire Fantasy Analysis

Stewart finished with 22 points (8-17 FG, 2-3 3Pt, 4-5 FT), 10 rebounds, two assists and one steal across 34 minutes during Thursday's 96-89 loss to the Sun.

Thursday marked Stewart's fourth 20-point/10-rebound effort of the season -- an impressive mark for such a young player. On the season, she's averaging 17.5 points, 8.6 boards, 2.1 assists and 1.6 blocks across 31.0 minutes per game, making her one of the best DFS options available on any given night.

June 27, 2017

RotoWire Fantasy Analysis

Stewart finished Tuesday's 70-100 loss to the Mystics with 11 points (5-10 FG, 0-2 3Pt, 1-1 FT), seven rebounds, three assists, one block and three turnovers across 22 minutes.

Stewart saw her lowest minute total of the season, which translated into just 11 points. That was likely due to the lopsided score, however, so fantasy owners shouldn't be overly concerned with the drop in production. Stewart is currently averaging 17.6 points, 8.6 rebounds, 2.0 assists and 1.8 blocks across 31.6 minutes on the season, which is a better barometer of what can be expected on a night-to-night basis.

June 19, 2017

RotoWire Fantasy Analysis

Stewart recorded 22 points (8-13 FG, 3-6 3Pt, 3-4 FT), a season-high 15 rebounds, one assist and five blocks across 30 minutes in Sunday's win over the Stars.

Stewart was completely dominant on both sides of the ball, with her five blocked shots also serving as a season-high. It was the second-year player's third double-double of the season - all of which have come with at least 20 points scored. Stewart will continue to be the Storm's primary option on offense while continuing to make a strong defensive impact, making her among the most reliable DFS options going forward.

June 14, 2017

RotoWire Fantasy Analysis

Stewart tallied 16 points (5-14 FG, 0-5 3PT, 6-7 FT), six rebounds, four assists, four turnovers and four blocks in Tuesday's fall to the Dream.

Before Tuesday's 16 points, Stewart had posted above 20 points in three straight games. The forward has also scored in the double figures in all but one game of the season, however she still stands below her rookie career's scoring average at 18.3 points per tilt. During her current sophomore season, the star out of Connecticut is averaging 16.8 points, 8 rebounds, 2.2 assists, and 1.5 blocks across 31.3 minutes per contest. Despite her fallen numbers from last season, Stewart is still producing impressive numbers on both ends of the floor and should continue to be considered an elite fantasy option.

June 11, 2017

RotoWire Fantasy Analysis

Stewart posted 23 points (8-17 FG, 4-6 3Pt, 3-5 FT), 10 rebounds, two assists, one steal and two blocks across 30 minutes in Sunday's loss to the Liberty.

Just two days after Stewart dropped a season-high 23 points against the Fever, the second-year star managed to do it again Sunday in New York. She's now had three straight games with at least 22 points and eight rebounds and is continuing to be an effective contributor on both ends of the floor. Even if she can't keep up this high of a scoring pace moving forward, Stewart should still be considered among the best DFS options in the frontcourt.

June 10, 2017

RotoWire Fantasy Analysis

Stewart supplied 23 points (8-14 FG, 3-6 3Pt, 4-4 FT), nine rebounds, two assists, one steal and one block across 34 minutes during Friday's 83-80 loss to the Fever.

Stewart's start to the season has been a slight letdown after her impressive rookie campaign, though she's still averaging a solid 16.0 points, 8.0 rebounds, 1.2 blocks and 1.1 steals per contest. Her dip in scoring from 18.3 points per game last season is in large part due to her lack of efficiency this season, as she's converting just 39.8 percent of her attempts from the field and 29.0 percent of her threes. That said, the Storm are just seven games into the 2017 season, giving Stewart plenty of time to recover.

June 7, 2017

RotoWire Fantasy Analysis

Stewart posted a game-high 22 points (5-9 FG, 12-14 FT) and eight rebounds to go along with two assists and one block across 35 minutes in Tuesday's victory against the Stars.

Stewart is having a productive start to her sophomore season, averaging 14.8 points, 7.8 rebounds, 2.0 assists and 1.3 blocks in 34.0 minutes per tilt. Tuesday's contest was her season-high in scoring so far, her second-highest being her 20 point game where she also contributed 12 rebounds, recording her only double-double of her 2017 campaign.

June 5, 2017

RotoWire Fantasy Analysis

Stewart had 14 points (5-16 FG, 1-3 3Pt, 3-3 FT), six rebounds, one assist, two steals and one turnover across 31 minutes during Saturday's 100-77 loss to the Lynx.

Stewart didn't have the best day shooting the ball, but she was still able to hit double-digit points for the third straight game. It wasn't necessarily a bad showing overall, although she typically adds more cross-category production in the box score, which was likely a result of matching up against a tough Lynx defense. With a much better matchup slated for Tuesday against the Stars and her ability to log a double-double on any given night, Stewart should be an intriguing DFS option.

May 30, 2017

RotoWire Fantasy Analysis

Stewart supplied 12 points (6-11 FG, 0-3 3Pt), nine rebounds, five assists, three steals and a block across 30 minutes during Sunday's 94-70 victory over the Fever.

Stewart did a little bit of everything Sunday, arguably having her best game of the season. She especially got back on track in the efficiency department, shooting 6-for-11 after going 6-for-27 over her previous two appearances. Her ability to dip into every statistical category makes her a valuable fantasy option even when she struggles from the field.

May 27, 2017

RotoWire Fantasy Analysis

Stewart supplied 20 points (3-14 FG, 3-8 3Pt, 11-13 FT), 12 rebounds, two blocks and one assist across 31 minutes during Friday's 87-81 victory over the Liberty.

Despite Stewart's impressive double-double Friday, she shot an atrocious 3-of-14 from the field, her 20 points coming mostly by way of free-throw opportunities. She's shooting just 28.9 percent to start the season, despite shooting 45.7 percent last year during her rookie campaign. While, in short, Stewart has gotten off to an iffy start this season, she averaged 18.3 points, 9.3 rebounds, 3.4 assists, 1.8 blocks and 1.2 steals per game last season -- marks that she will likely trend towards as 2017 rolls on.

May 22, 2017

RotoWire Fantasy Analysis

Stewart posted six points (3-13 FG, 0-5 3Pt), five rebounds, two assists, one steal and three blocks over 26 minutes in Sunday's victory over the Mystics.

It was a rough outing for the second-year star, as she couldn't get in a rhythm offensively for the entire night. Fortunately for Stewart, she was still able to remain productive across the box score, but the lack of scoring on top of foul trouble made it a fairly forgettable night for her. While offensive production definitely takes Stewart's fantasy level a whole other level up, her ability to grab rebounds and block shots gives her fantasy value a fairly high floor on any given night.

May 15, 2017

RotoWire Fantasy Analysis

Stewart (knee) started Sunday's 87-82 victory over the Fever, finishing with 15 points (5-11 FG, 2-4 3Pt, 3-3 FT), seven rebounds, an assist, a steal, a block and three turnovers across 27 minutes.

With the Storm opening the season on a back-to-back set, they opted to rest Stewart for their first outing to avoid excessive strain on her previously injured knee, before getting her back into the action on Sunday. She picked up right where she left off following a 2016 season that netted her Rookie of the Year honors, shooting 45 percent from the field and 50 percent from beyond the arc. With the emergence of fellow youngster Jewell Loyd next to Stewart, the two standout performers are expected to pace the Storm moving forward, with both operating as intriguing fantasy options on a night-to-night basis.

May 14, 2017

RotoWire Fantasy Analysis

Stewart will play and start in Sunday's game against the Fever.

Stewart was still nursing a sprained PCL in her right knee and was held out of the Storm's season opener as a result, but it appears that the extra day of rest was enough for the young star to return to the court Sunday. The 2016 Rookie of the Year is expected to take another big step forward in her second WNBA season after averaging an impressive 18.3 points and 9.3 rebounds per game last year.

May 13, 2017

RotoWire Fantasy Analysis

Stewart (knee) will not play in Saturday's season opener against the Sparks, HoopsFeed.com reports.

Stewart sprained a PCL in her right knee while playing for the Shanghai Baoshan Dahua of the Women's Chinese Basketball Association back in January. The team was hopeful she would be ready for Saturday's opener, but want to avoid rushing her back before she is ready in order to avoid lingering problems. The 22-year-old figures to build on the 18.3 points, 9.3 rebounds, 3.4 assists, 1.2 steals, and 1.8 blocks she averaged across 34.7 minutes per game in her 2016 Rookie of the Year campaign. She should be considered day-to-day going forward.

May 4, 2017

RotoWire Fantasy Analysis

Stewart was held out of Wednesday's exhibition opener for rest, Percy Allen of the Seattle Times reports.

Stewart suffered a sprained PCL in her right knee at the start of January while playing for the Shanghai Baoshan Dahua of the Women's Chinese Basketball Association, so the Storm are clearly trying to ease her back into the swing things with the preseason just getting underway. That said, Stewart doesn't expect to miss any regular season action and the 2016 Rookie of the Year winner should be in line for another big year after averaging an impressive 18.3 points, 9.3 rebounds, 3.4 assists, 1.2 steals and 1.8 blocks across 34.7 minutes in her first season. Stewart's scoring and rebounding averages placed her at sixth and second in the league, respectively, during the 2016 campaign and the fact that she's only 22 years old, should mean there's still room for growth. Look for Stewart to again be one of the elite players in the league looking ahead to 2017.
