Arizona, Colorado, Connecticut, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, Virginia, Washington, West Virginia, and Wyoming. 

You don't need to be a resident of any of these states to place a bet at DraftKings. You simply need to be located in the state at the time you place a bet.

You can also bet on sports outside the U.S. on DraftKings Sportsbook in Ontario, Canada. DraftKings is also legal for Daily Fantasy Sports (DFS) in all but six U.S. states -- Hawaii, Idaho, Montana, Nevada, Oregon, and Washington.
