Sierra began to translate his raw athletic talents into baseball skills with his best season as a pro at Double-A New Hampshire (.277/.342/.436 with 18 homers). It wasn't a breakout season by any stretch, but it was at least a step forward for the 23-year-old. Expect him to start the season at Double-A again as he still needs to do a better job of controlling the strike zone.
