2011
Rivas pitched well again in 2010 with a 3.37 ERA in 141.2 innings for Double-A Huntsville. Rivas isn't considered a top prospect because scouts have some doubts about his overall stuff. Still, he continues to put up solid numbers at each level. He'll start 2011 at Triple-A Nashville and could make his major league debut later in the season.
2010
Rivas had another quality season in 2009 with a 2.98 ERA and a 8.32 K/9IP for High-A Brevard County. He doesn't impress enough to be a top prospect, but continues to improve and will start 2010 at Double-A Huntsville. He may get a chance in Milwaukee at some point in 2010 considering how thin the Brewers are in the starting pitcher department.
