Manager Charlie Manuel has liked what he has seen from Inciarte thus far in camp, the Phillies' official site reports. "I noticed him the other day, took off from right of center field and he went and caught a ball, I couldn't believe he caught it," Manuel said. "They were telling me about his arm, and telling me about his arm ... I guess that's the reason that we got him. He definitely has some talent."
