Fetters had to sit out the last two weeks of the season due to a sore elbow, so it's not clear that he's fully recovered from his mid-2003 Tommy John surgery. He turned 40 in December and he might have seen his last action in a big-league uniform.

Fetters has 90 strikeouts in 103 innings over the past two seasons, but that's about the only fantasy value he'll give you unless his new team makes him a closer. Unless that happens, he's just a set-up guy with little chance for saves or wins, which makes him strictly a last-round pick in the deepest of AL- or NL-only leagues.
