For a brief period Rios was the last man standing in the White Sox's center field battle, but he quickly proved unequal to the job both at the plate and in the field. He'll be lucky to get another 100 at bats in 2004.

2003

Not a prospect any longer, Rios is just a 31-year-old outfielder with a knack for getting hurt at the wrong time. He was released by the Pirates and will need a big break to get more than 100 at-bats for anyone.
