There was no outlook written for John Ennis.
2008
Ennis spent most of the season splitting time between the rotation and bullpen at Triple-A Ottawa. He has made two big league starts, one for the Braves, against the Phillies at Veterans Stadium in 2002. The other in September when Ennis gave up six hits in just four innings against the Marlins, but worked his way out of trouble to allow just one run. Still, it's difficult to find a lot of upside in a 28-year-old with so little experience in the bigs.
2003
Ennis relies on location more than stuff but posted a strong strikeout-to-walk ratio at AA that will put him in the mix for a look at the majors this spring. Another of Atlanta's strong prospects for their rotation.
